As a mother, and everything that comes with it, it's important that I intentionally create space for the things that ground and inspire me. Nature has always been a source of clarity and renewal—whether I’m hiking, practicing Shinrin-yoku, or simply pausing to take it all in. Photography and writing allow me to capture and process life as it unfolds, while movement, like Zumba, brings a sense of energy and joy. Traveling continues to expand my perspective, reminding me of how much there is to learn, experience, and appreciate.
Spiritually, I am a firm believer that everything happens for a reason. While it may not seem fair to you at the moment, the dots will eventually connect, at which point you realize everything was meant to happen in the way it did. The waiting, the delays, the detours, they all serve a purpose. I believe having faith and reflecting on the process, leads to a beautiful and empowering journey.
Professionally, I bring over 15 years of experience across Program and Project Management, Solution Engineering, and Consulting. My work has spanned both public and private healthcare organizations, where I’ve focused on driving meaningful, sustainable improvements in business operations.
I am a certified Life and Success Coach, accredited by the Association for Coaching (AC), a globally recognized professional body for coach education. I also hold a Level 7 Diploma in Coaching and Leadership, equivalent to a Master’s degree per OTHM (a UK-regulated awarding body).

My journey into coaching was not a single moment of clarity, but a gradual awakening shaped by lived experiences. Like many, I found myself navigating the quiet weight of everyday struggles—relationships that felt complex, questions around self-worth, the pull of dual cultural identities as a second-generation American, and an ongoing pressure to meet expectations while suppressing parts of myself. Over time, this internal and external misalignment became impossible to ignore.
What began as a search for answers soon became a committed pursuit of understanding. I immersed myself in both reflective practice and meaningful frameworks rooted in traditions like Hinduism and Buddhism, alongside modern perspectives on mindset, relationships, and personal growth. Influences from thinkers such as Jay Shetty, Carol Dweck, Gary Chapman, Shefali Tsabary, and Sri Sri Ravi Shankar and others helped deepen this journey.
Through this work, I began to live with greater intention—cultivating self-awareness, embracing challenges as opportunities for growth, and aligning more closely with my values.
This path of self-discovery has been transformative as it has reshaped how I show up in my relationships, how I approach parenting, how I navigate my career, and how I care for my overall well-being.
Today, coaching is a natural extension of that journey. It is both a commitment to my own continued growth and an opportunity to support others in reconnecting with themselves—so they, too, can step into who they are truly meant to be.
At the center of how I coach is a simple idea: real change starts with awareness.
In our future-focused conversations, we focus on what matters to you, where you feel stuck, and what’s asking for your attention, while also keeping an eye on how you genuinely want to feel or be at in life.
Along the way, we slow things down enough to notice what’s driving your choices, how you think, how you respond, the emotions that come up, decision making patterns, belief systems, where doubt creeps in, and what actually motivates you.
This isn’t about overanalyzing or trying to “fix” yourself. It’s about understanding yourself in a way that creates clarity and opens up new possibilities.
We do deep reflective work during and in between sessions. Not just looking at the individual situation, but at you as a whole person within it. Because often, the shift you’re looking for isn’t just about changing circumstances—it’s about reconnecting with who you are underneath the noise, expectations, and pressure.
Fundamentally, I support you in getting from where you are to where you want to be—but in a way that feels real and sustainable for you.
Coaching with me isn’t about giving you answers or telling you what to do. It’s about creating a space where you can think clearly and hear yourself more honestly. You know what’s right for your life—sometimes it just takes the right questions and space to access that.
If that kind of space feels like something you’ve been needing, you don’t have to wait!
